Expert Logger is one of Delphin Technology’s key professional data logger and data acquisition system families. It is designed for applications where signals such as temperature, pressure, flow, level, 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, load cell and signals from various process sensors need to be accurately measured, recorded, processed and reported.

One of the key strengths of Expert Logger is its combination of universal sensor inputs and multiple communication options. In addition to analog signals, data can be acquired via RS-232, RS-485 and Ethernet using protocols and interfaces such as Modbus, ASCII, PROFIBUS Slave and OPC UA. This makes it possible to bring data from field sensors, PLCs and other devices together within a single measurement and data acquisition system.
This architecture is particularly useful in test systems and laboratory applications. After the system has been commissioned, users can adapt calculations, reporting structures or measurement logic as new requirements arise.
The Expert Logger family includes Expert Logger 100 and Expert Logger 300 , offering different channel counts and measurement capacities.
Expert Transient is a professional high-speed data acquisition system developed for applications that require very high sampling rates. It is particularly suitable for tests where short-duration, rapidly changing or transient signals must be captured.
Unlike standard process measurement systems, Expert Transient focuses on high-speed analog signals. It can be used when analog signals such as 4–20 mA, 0–10 V and 0–24 VDC must be recorded at very high sampling frequencies.
Expert Transient can be used in high-speed test systems, endurance testing, transient signal analysis, fault capture, fast process monitoring and specialized test bench applications.
Expert Vibro is a professional data acquisition system developed for vibration measurement, vibration analysis and condition monitoring applications. Like the Expert Transient family, it supports high-speed measurement, but its primary focus is vibration sensor connectivity, machine health monitoring and dynamic signal analysis.
Expert Vibro can be used to monitor the vibration behavior of bearings, shafts, motors, pumps, fans, compressors, turbines, generators and other rotating equipment. Parameters such as vibration acceleration, vibration velocity and vibration displacement can be monitored and analyzed.
High sampling rates, 24-bit measurement resolution, channel-to-channel isolation and synchronous channels provide a powerful foundation for professional vibration monitoring projects. With FFT analysis and signal processing functions, the system goes beyond raw data logging and helps users analyze measurement data meaningfully.
This product family is particularly suitable for predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, test bench applications, machine health monitoring, bearing and shaft analysis, pump testing and rotating equipment monitoring.
ProfiMessage D is a professional modular data acquisition, monitoring and automation system. While the Expert series uses more predefined product configurations, ProfiMessage D enables a more flexible and modular I/O architecture.
Analog inputs, digital inputs, communication interfaces and different measurement modules can be selected according to project requirements. This modular structure is particularly advantageous when multiple signal types need to be acquired within the same system.
ProfiMessage D can be used in production facilities, test laboratories, energy systems, mechanical testing applications, long-term measurements and process monitoring systems. It is especially well suited to projects that require a scalable, multi-channel data acquisition architecture.
ProfiSignal is Delphin Technology’s software family for monitoring, analyzing, visualizing, recording and reporting measurement data. In Delphin systems, software is just as important as the measurement hardware because it transforms acquired data into information that can be interpreted and used.
This flexibility is one of the key features that distinguishes Delphin systems from conventional data loggers. Users can do more than simply view data; they can create their own test logic, calculations, visualization screens and reporting structures.
Data Service Configurator acts as an important bridge between devices, channels, data processing structures and software connections in Delphin systems. In many applications, it serves as the central configuration environment for the measurement system.
With Data Service Configurator, users can define measurement channels inside or outside the device, create virtual channels, configure calculations, and set up data logging and communication parameters.
The ability to make many changes after the initial installation gives Delphin systems significant long-term flexibility as requirements evolve.
